Stating the obvious, they speak English in Canada don't they?  The only opportunities might be in Quebec (where they are very proudly French speakers although usually bi-lingual, and with the First Nations, who also speak English generally.  Suggest Mexico or South America, or Russia if you are seeking cooler climes.
