Terms and conditions

It's not a bad idea if you read the terms and conditions, especially if you need some help getting to sleep. We have endeavoured to keep it in plain English, though at times it slips into legalese, so please contact us if you have questions.

1. You are entitled to a full refund within seven days from the date you made the purchase of the course. However, you cannot get a refund on online courses if you have already begun the course.

2. You have 6 months to complete the course. If you need an extension, this can be arranged at £40 per month. Please contact info@onlineteflcourses.com to extend your course.

3. If you haven't started the course, but it is past the 7 day 'cooling off period, you can transfer then course to another person for an administrative fee of £40.

4. Online TEFL courses reserves the right to change course prices, service or other particulars contained on the website at any time, though not in an unreasonable manner. Any change in course price will not affect anyone who has already booked.

5. Online TEFL courses does not accept liability for any loss or additional expense caused by delay or interruption to services, weather conditions, civil disturbance, industrial action, strikes, wars, floods, sickness or force majeure. Such losses or additional expenses are your responsibility. Force majeure represents unusual and unforeseeable circumstances such as war or the threat of war, riots, terrorist activity, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, flood or adverse weather conditions.

6. Online TEFL courses does not accept responsibility or liability for death, bodily injury or illness caused to the client or any other person included on the application form. Any claims shall be subject to English law in respect of any question of liability or quantum, and all proceedings shall be within the sole domain of the English courts.

7. You must communicate any perceived failure in the performance of this contract at the time to us and give us the opportunity to arrive at a satisfactory solution. Please contact, The Courses Manager, info@onlineteflcourses.com

8. Online TEFL courses reserves the right to provide an alternative trainer in the event of their inability to conduct their tutoring duties due to ill-health or other emergency.

9. Maintenance work on the site will need to be carried out from time to time. In some cases this may result in site downtime. We will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible, but there may be times when this is not possible and we will not be held responsible for work that is lost during downtime of the site.

10. By signing the application form, verbally agreeing on the telephone or ticked the relevant box on the website you are agreeing to accept all these conditions. The person who signs the booking form, does so on behalf of all the individuals included on it, so that all are bound by the booking conditions.
