Just though I’d share a few lines with you that I read in a national newspaper:

Today’s schoolchildren are growing up surrounded by examples of people making their way in another country and speaking another language, namely English, says the paper.

A recent report from the CBI, the employers’ organisation, has shown that around three-quarters of companies look for recruits with some foreign language skills, and are likely to demand more such expertise in the future.

It looks like there’s plenty of work out there for us now and in the future!
