Online TEFL Courses: Teachers Pack

Has anyone had any trouble getting hold of the teachers pack? I ordered 1 5 days ago and im still waiting, I have emailed 3 times and no response, is Tefl scotland still trading?

Any ideas?

TEFL Scotland is still trading as I enrolled on my course with them on the 30 April. I also purchased the Teachers pack along with the two other packs they were advertising and like you I'm still waiting for them. I'm not even sure if they are books or downloads, I haven't been advised.
