Hi Susan I was reading the FAQs at the start of the online course and found this.

"The lessons consist of pages of text that you need to read and understand. At the end of most pages there is a question that you need to answer correctly before you move onto the next page. The questions are auto-corrected immediately. When you get to the end of the lesson, you can then begin your assignments. Your assignments will take some thought, so feel free to work on them offline.

I think you should be able to print them off, I don't see why not. You can also discuss the assignments in the forums and get help from fellow students.
