Food for thought:

Though we provide lots of useful information and techniques on how to be a good teacher and/or improve your teaching skills; it is important to bear in mind that every teacher has their own style of teaching and personal views:

- There is no single method. Eclecticism is enriching and beneficial.

- Strive to offer varied and effective learning opportunities to all your sts.

- Provide an enjoyable learning environment.

- Every learner as unique. They all need individual attention and progress at different speeds in different ways.

- Guide learners towards independent learning strategies and encourage them to reflect on and evaluate their own development.

- Attach the utmost importance to learning through doing and maximising participation.
